2011.11.12，在我拿到Open Water潛水執照的一周後，我就和CIA語言學校的同學跑去潛水，我們選擇的是Nalusuan島的潛點，費用3500披索，包含所以潛水裝備、三次潛水、Nalusuan上島費及午餐。
One week after I got my Open Water Diving License, I went scuba diving with my classmates. We chose the dive site near Nalusuan Island. The price was 3500 pesos, including diving gears, 3 dives, boat fee, Nalusuan entry fee, and lunch.
Nalusuan這座小島就在宿霧本島附近，我們從Mactan島上船出發，大約20分鐘就到了第一個潛點。
Nalusuan island is near Cebu. We set off from Mactan Island and arrived at the first dive site after 20 minutes.
由於潛水經驗的不足，水中的平衡和換氣都做得不好第一潛大約30分鐘就用完空氣了，回到船上大家都餓了，於是我們決定到島上先吃午餐。
Because my diving experience was not enough, I didn’t perform balance and breathing well in the water; I ran out my first tank in 30 minutes. Everyone got hungry after coming out from the water, so we decided to have lunch at Nalusuan Island first.
用過午餐休息過後，我們繼續剩下的潛水行程，當天的能見度並不是很好，大概只有5公尺，我們那次沒有看到比較特別的生物，但是對於潛水入門者來說，已經是一個很好的經驗，而且非常容易從宿霧市進入這個潛點。
We continued our diving schedule after lunch. The visibility was not so good; it was about 5 meters. We didn’t see any special creature at that time; however, it was a good experience for me, a beginner diver. Moreover, it’s very easy to access this dive site from Cebu City.

如果對潛水沒興趣的朋友，也可以到Nalusuan參加一日遊，在島上參加浮潛和釣魚等活動，並在島上享用豐盛的海鮮大餐。如果你在宿霧只有一天的時間想去海邊遊玩，Nalusuan是一個很好的選擇。
If you are not interested in scuba diving, you can also join Nalusuan Day Tour. You can have sea food lunch and do some water activities there, such as snorkeling and fishing. Nalusuan Island is a good option for people who only have one day to stay in Cebu and want to visit a beautiful beach.
