2011/10/29，我和CIA語言學校的朋友參加了薄荷島兩天一夜的旅遊，我們找了當地的旅行社，我們一行總共20多人，旅行社給我們的價格是2500披索，幾乎包含了所有的項目。
I joined Bohol 2D1N package tour with my CIA friends on Oct. 29th, 2011. There were more than 20 people joined the trip. The price the travel agency offered us was 2500 pesos for each, including almost everything.
宿霧市有兩個碼頭可搭船到薄荷島，我們當天早上在一號碼頭搭五點半的船出發。大約一個半小時就到達薄荷島的TUBIGON港口(島上有兩個港口)。
There are two piers in Cebu city which tourists can travel to Bohol Island by boat. In the first morning, we set off from Pier One at 5:30 am, and arrived at Port of Tubigon in Bohol after one and half hour. (There are 2 ports on Bohol Island.)
我們第一個景點就是有名巧克力山。這特殊的地理環境主要由珊瑚岩組成，在雨水不斷侵襲沖刷下形成一座一座圓錐狀的山丘，一到旱季山丘上的草皮會變成咖啡色，所以看來像一顆顆的巧克力。
The first place we visited was the famous Chocolate Hills. This geographical environment is mainly composed of coral rock, and the hills became conical after being eroded by rain. The grasses on the hill become brown and make the hills look like chocolate.
接著我們來到TARSIER保育區。TARSIER是全世界第二小的哺乳動物，身長只有6-10公分，這瀕臨絕種的動物在菲律賓只有薄荷島看得到，所以也是必遊的景點之一。
We went to Tarsier Conservation Area next. Tarsier is the second smallest mammal around the world; the body is only 6-10 cm long. In the Philippines, this endanger specie can be seen only here. So it’s also a place you must visit.
中午時間我們來到LOBOC河。我們搭著船在平靜的河上航行，並在船上享受自助午餐，整個有給他放鬆到。用餐過後，船停靠在搭建在河上的浮台旁，讓我們欣賞當地小孩的舞蹈表演，熱情的他們也邀我們同歡。
We visited Loboc River in the afternoon. We cruised on the calm river and had buffet lunch on the boat. It was a really relaxing activity. After lunch, the boat stopped beside the floating platform and we watched a dance performance from the local children. The passionate children also invited us to dance with them.
輕鬆過後來一點刺激的。ZIP LINE是自費行程，來回一趟350披索。藉著鋼索從一個山頭滑到另一個山頭，說真的，沒有想像中的恐怖，到是可以很輕鬆地欣賞河谷的風光。
After taking a rest, we attained an exciting activity- Zip Line. It costs us 350 pesos for round trip. Participants slide from one hill to another by a steel wire. Honestly, it was not as scary as I thought; however, I enjoyed watching the beautiful view of the valley.
我們當晚住宿的地方是一個小旅館，位置就在薄荷島最多旅客的ALONA海灘附近。雖然太陽已經西下，我們還是跑到海灘玩水，不過老實說，這片沙灘有許多水草和岩石，並不太適合戲水。
We stayed in a small resort at that night. It is located near Alona Beach which is visited by many tourists. Although it was already evening time, we still went to the beach. In my opinion, this beach is not so good for swimming because there is seaweed and rock in the water.
第一天晚上我們很早就休息，為的是隔天的跳島行程。我們不到六點就搭船出海，原因是要看海豚，只有在一大早海豚出海捕魚的時候比較能夠遇到海豚，我們很幸運遇到了三批，不管看了幾次這美麗的生物，還是讓人感到很興奮。
For the island hopping trip next day, we went to sleep early at the first night. Next morning, we departed by a pump boat before 6 am in order to watch dolphins. There is a bigger chance to see dolphins when they go out to hunt in the early mornings. We were very lucky seeing three schools of dolphins in that time. I still felt excited even thoughtI have seen this beautiful creature many times.
我們第一個拜訪的小島是BALICASAG。這裡聽說是潛水人的天堂，因為大船不能靠近珊瑚區，要浮潛必須要雇小船進入(自費200P)。我只能說這地方太屌了，長這摸大我沒看過這摸漂亮的海底世界，繽紛的珊瑚、五顏六色的熱帶魚，我真的不知道該怎摸形容。如果妳會游泳，也可以沿著珊瑚岩壁浮潛，真的有夠漂亮，還有機會看到海龜，這個地方是我這趟薄荷島最喜歡的行程。
The first islet we visited was Balicasag Island. I heard about that it’s a paradise for divers. Because big pump boats can’t get close to the coral area, tourists have to hire small bangka for snorkeling there (200 pesos). I can only say this place is too amazing. This is the most beautiful marine environment I have ever seen. Plenty of corals, colorful tropical fish, I don’t know how to describe what I saw there. You can snorkel along the coral cliff. It’s really wonderful and you may see sea turtles. This place was my favorite spot of the Bohol trip.
這片海域有許多美麗的小島，我們拜訪的另一個小島是VIRGIN，潔白的沙灘，乾淨的海水，真的很漂亮，敗就敗在太陽太狠毒，我們在島上逛了一下就離開了。
There are many beautiful islands around that area; another one we visited was the Virgin Island. It’s very beautiful with white beach and clean water. However, the sun was extremely strong; we left the island after walking around it for a while.
結束了跳島，我們搭船回到宿霧。很多人問我來宿霧要去哪裡玩，其實宿霧附近真的有太多地方值得去拜訪，但是如果你時間有限，我會強烈建議你至少要去一趟薄荷島。
We went back to Cebu City after the island hopping trip. Many people asked me where they should go if they travel in Cebu. Actually, there are many places around Cebu worth to visiting. But I will recommend you to visit Bohol strangely if your time is limited.
